For more than ten years I’ve shaped the visual voice of Eurasia Group by leading creative direction, building the brand, and managing a talented team of designers and freelancers. I’ve worked across everything from flagship products like Top Risks and the Atlas of Impunity to the quick-turn charts and reports that make our analysis clear and accessible.



I focus on setting a clear visual standard and making sure our design systems keep pace with the business. That means bringing consistency to the details, pushing for clarity in how ideas are communicated, and making sure design is part of the bigger strategy. I take dense analysis and turn it into something people can actually read and understand. A lot of that is building chart systems, setting rules for how data should look, and making quick layout calls that keep things accurate without slowing anyone down. I make hundreds of charts and tables each year, always aiming to keep them clear and accessible with design choices that help everyone read and work with them no matter the format.

Excel / PPT Chart Template

Templates & Tooling



To keep quality consistent at scale, I build reusable systems like Excel and PowerPoint chart templates, slide libraries, and brand assets. These give analysts and designers a faster way to work while making sure everything stays clear and on brand. Over time I’ve built out a library of tools that people across the company rely on every day, from quick-turn charts to flagship reports. I also keep everything documented in living guidelines and update the tools as needs change so the system always stays current.

Digital Products



I design and develop high-touch emails for campaigns, client updates, and quarterly CEO letters. I advise on the design of the client portal and newsletters, making sure they stay on brand and easy to use. I also help shape accessibility and brand standards across EG’s websites so our digital products are consistent and usable.
