Guidelines & Systems

I build guidelines that help teams move fast without losing quality—clear rules, reusable templates, and examples that scale across brands, video, and data visualization. Below are a few lanes that show how I use systems to raise the floor and keep the work consistent.

Eurasia Group – Brand system

EG brand rules preview

I led the build-out of a practical brand system that could flex from flagship reports to daily client materials. My focus was on clarity and adoption: logo rules, color and type scales, layout grids, and downloadable assets that let analysts and designers produce consistent work quickly.

GZERO – Brand development

GZERO branding

I evolved the GZERO identity for a fast editorial environment—daily news, long-form, events, and partnerships. The guidelines balance strong recognition with room to move, so producers and designers can ship quickly without breaking the brand.

I standardized chart typography, color ramps, gridlines, and source/notes hierarchy—and built Excel/PPT templates so non-designers could produce work that stays readable and on brand. These rules show up everywhere from daily briefs to flagship reports.

What this enables

Systems are how I scale design: clear rules, reusable assets, and examples that anyone can use. The result is faster delivery, fewer revisions, and work that looks like it came from one team—even when many hands are on it.
